Home Practice Resources
Above are amazing videos to follow along with for self-practice at home. 2-5 videos should be chosen. Students can choose to perform all videos in a single session or spread them over the week to be completed. For BEST results do all videos together 2x per week. For GOOD results have a body skill day and apparatus day. New videos should be chosen monthly, so students have time to master the content in EACH video.
