JIU-JITSU
Jiu-Jitsu means yielding art and is a form of martial arts that emphasizes using ones opponents force against themselves rather than confronting it with ones own force. Students of Jiu-Jitsu learn strikes, kicks, blocks, holds, and submissions. Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes peaceful resolutions, positive energy, and respect. It is a great class for students to learn self defense and discipline.
