JIU-JITSU

Jiu-Jitsu means yielding art and is a form of martial arts that emphasizes using ones opponents force against themselves rather than confronting it with ones own force. Students of Jiu-Jitsu learn strikes, kicks, blocks, holds, and submissions. Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes peaceful resolutions, positive energy, and respect. It is a great class for students to learn self defense and discipline.

INSTRUCTORS

Sensei Frank is our lead instructor and has been practicing jiu-jitsu for over twenty years! He is a degreed black belt and gifted at teaching students of all ages and abilities the art of fighting! Ms. Autumn is Sensei Frank's daughter. Ms. Autumn's mom practiced jiu-jitsu during her whole pregnancy so it's in Autumn's blood to practice the art of Jiu-Jitsu!
